Working as a hands-on leader, you will assign nightly duties, inspect completed work, coach team members, oversee equipment usage, and communicate operational updates to management.

Key Responsibilities
As the Night Housekeeping Manager, you will:
- Supervise and lead an overnight sanitation team of 5–7 employees.
- Assign nightly cleaning duties across resort facilities.
- Work alongside the housekeeping team to complete cleaning tasks.
- Inspect completed work to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and support new and existing housekeeping staff.
- Motivate employees to maintain productivity and attendance.
- Operate and oversee floor care equipment and cleaning machinery.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Report maintenance issues and equipment concerns.
- Communicate operational updates to leadership.
- Use HOTSOS, email, SMS, and other communication tools for reporting.
Required Qualifications

- Experience supervising housekeeping or janitorial teams.
- Previous experience training staff.
- Basic computer skills, including email.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
