1. About International Jobs & Careers

International Jobs & Careers is a global career platform that shares employment opportunities, career information, and job advertisements from employers, recruiters, agencies, organizations, and other third parties.

International Jobs & Careers is not the employer, recruiter, or hiring organization for the vacancies published by third parties, unless expressly stated otherwise.

We provide a platform for employers, recruiters, and other advertisers to promote employment opportunities to job seekers. Hiring decisions, employment contracts, salaries, interviews, and other employment matters are between the applicant and the relevant employer or recruiter.

2. Use of Our Services

By submitting an advertisement or using our services, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
  • You have the authority to submit the advertisement.
  • The advertised opportunity is genuine.
  • Your use of our services complies with applicable laws.
  • You agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of their advertisements.

Advertisers must provide truthful information about the job, including where applicable:

  • Employer or organization name
  • Job title and description
  • Location
  • Salary and compensation
  • Employment type
  • Qualifications and experience
  • Benefits
  • Application process
  • Visa sponsorship or work authorization
  • Accommodation or relocation information

Advertisers must not submit fake, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading job opportunities.

Advertisers must also have the necessary authority to advertise the position and use any company name, logo, trademark, or other material submitted to International Jobs & Careers.

Advertisers are responsible for their dealings with applicants, including applications, interviews, employment decisions, contracts, payments, salaries, visa processes, and working conditions.

4. Prohibited Advertisements

International Jobs & Careers does not permit advertisements that:

  • Promote fake or non-existent jobs.
  • Contain fraudulent, false, or deliberately misleading information.
  • Misrepresent an employer, recruiter, organization, salary, location, or job conditions.
  • Make false claims about visa sponsorship, work permits, accommodation, or relocation.
  • Impersonate another company, organization, recruiter, or individual.
  • Use unauthorized or deceptive application links.
  • Attempt to obtain money or sensitive personal information through deceptive means.
  • Contain malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content.
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Otherwise present a reasonable risk of fraud, harm, or deception to job seekers.

5. Review, Rejection and Removal of Advertisements

International Jobs & Careers may review advertisements before or after publication.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove an advertisement where we reasonably believe that it:

  • Violates these Terms.
  • Contains inaccurate, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information.
  • Cannot be reasonably verified.
  • Is no longer valid.
  • May harm or mislead job seekers.
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations.

We may request additional information or verification from an advertiser before publishing or continuing to display an advertisement.

Payment for an advertisement does not guarantee publication or continued publication.

6. Advertising Fees and Non-Refund Policy

All advertising and job posting fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been made and the advertising service has been initiated, scheduled, reviewed, prepared, or published.

Advertisers are not ordinarily entitled to a refund because they:

  • Change their mind.
  • Cancel the vacancy.
  • Fill the position.
  • Change the salary or job details.
  • No longer wish to advertise.
  • Receive fewer applications than expected.
  • Receive no applications.
  • Do not achieve their expected recruitment results.

Fraudulent or Misleading Advertisements

If an advertisement is found to be fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, fake, unauthorized, unlawful, or otherwise in violation of these Terms, International Jobs & Careers reserves the right to remove or suspend the advertisement without providing a refund.

This includes, but is not limited to, false employer information, fake job opportunities, misleading salary information, false visa sponsorship claims, deceptive recruitment requirements, fake application links, or unauthorized use of another organization’s identity.

Where appropriate, we may also restrict or permanently suspend the advertiser’s access to our advertising services.

7. No Guarantee of Advertising or Employment Results

Purchasing an advertising service does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of views.
  • Clicks or website traffic.
  • Applications.
  • Qualified applicants.
  • Interviews.
  • Employment or hiring.
  • Any particular recruitment or business result.

Advertising fees are paid for the advertising service provided and not for a guaranteed outcome.

8. Job Applications and Third-Party Websites

Job advertisements may direct users to external employer websites, recruitment platforms, application portals, or email addresses.

International Jobs & Careers does not control these third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, availability, or recruitment processes.

Once an applicant interacts directly with an employer or third party, that interaction is between the applicant and the relevant organization.

Applicants should independently verify important information before providing personal information, making payments, traveling, or accepting employment.

9. Limitation of Liability

International Jobs & Careers is not responsible for losses, damages, claims, or disputes arising from:

  • An advertiser’s conduct.
  • Fraud or misconduct by an advertiser or third party.
  • The accuracy of third-party job advertisements.
  • An applicant’s interaction with an employer or recruiter.
  • Hiring or employment decisions.
  • Salary or employment disputes.
  • Visa or immigration decisions.
  • Third-party websites or application systems.
  • Transactions between applicants and advertisers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Suspension or Termination

International Jobs & Careers may suspend or terminate an advertiser’s access to our services if the advertiser violates these Terms, submits fraudulent or misleading advertisements, provides false information, repeatedly submits unsuitable advertisements, or engages in conduct that may harm job seekers or our platform.

Suspension or termination of an advertising account does not automatically create a right to a refund.

11. Intellectual Property

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that any text, images, logos, trademarks, or other materials they submit to International Jobs & Careers are authorized for use and do not infringe the rights of another person or organization.

By submitting such materials, the advertiser confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use them for advertising purposes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or advertising services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

  • The advertiser accepts responsibility for its dealings with applicants.
  • The advertiser has read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  • The advertiser understands that advertising fees are generally non-refundable.
  • The advertiser understands that fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, unlawful, or prohibited advertisements may be removed without a refund.
  • The advertiser understands that International Jobs & Careers does not guarantee applications, interviews, employment, or any particular recruitment result.
