About the Factory Production Operator Role
As a Factory Production Operator, you’ll become an important part of Magnera’s manufacturing team, operating automated production machinery while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Working as a Needle Punch Operator, you’ll monitor production lines, perform quality inspections, complete production documentation, assist with equipment changeovers, and contribute to maintaining a safe, organised, and productive factory environment.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Operating and monitoring automated production equipment.
- Meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Performing routine product quality inspections.

- Supporting production changeovers to minimise downtime.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping throughout the factory.
- Operating forklift equipment where required (training provided).
