Job Responsibilities
As a Casual Customer Experience Officer, your duties will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service through face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions.
- Processing memberships, visit passes, group fitness bookings, and program enrolments.
- Promoting aquatic, wellness, and recreational programs to increase community participation.
- Processing payments, handling cash, and operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting online customer services.
- Assisting with merchandise sales and customer enquiries.
- Ensuring facilities remain clean, safe, secure, and welcoming.
- Supporting stock control, reporting, financial reconciliations, and daily operational activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent service standards.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Previous experience in a busy customer service environment.
- Experience operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Flexibility to work a seven-day rotating roster.
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
