For commercial professionals who know how to combine sales leadership, customer retention and SaaS growth, the Sales & Customer Success Manager position at Info Technology Supply Ltd (iTS) in Barcelona offers an opportunity to take ownership of a growing commercial function.
This is not a traditional management role where the focus is limited to supervising a sales team. iTS is looking for a hands-on player-manager who can lead a small commercial team while remaining directly involved in strategic sales opportunities, customer relationships, renewals and business expansion.
Based in Barcelona, the successful candidate will oversee a team spanning business development, technical consulting and customer success, with responsibility for the complete customer lifecycle — from acquiring new clients to implementation, retention, renewals and account growth.
The position offers a salary of €35,000 to €50,000 per year, plus a performance-based variable component linked to measurable commercial results.

Rather than simply delegating responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to coach team members, participate in important customer conversations and personally contribute to closing strategic deals.
The manager will work closely with Marketing Product Managers, helping translate product strategy into commercial results while providing customer and market feedback that can influence future product priorities.

- Develop sales enablement materials.
- Provide commercial intelligence from customers and prospects.
- Inform product roadmap priorities through market feedback.
- Align sales messaging and product positioning.
