Job Description

The Production Supervisor will lead and manage site plant production to meet internal and external customer requirements. The position also supports business strategies, operating initiatives, and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop production personnel through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Address employee concerns and performance issues.
