Job Description
The Machine Operator will operate production equipment at Conagra’s Indianapolis manufacturing plant. The position supports production output while maintaining safe equipment operation, product quality, food safety, sanitation, and manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate plant equipment safely.
- Meet planned production performance expectations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
- Complete required quality checks.
- Participate in routine sanitation activities.
- Use specified chemicals during sanitation processes.
- Communicate equipment problems to the Team Lead and Maintenance team.

- Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour night schedule.
- Ability to work the stated rotating schedule of three weeks Monday–Wednesday followed by three weeks Thursday–Saturday.
- Availability to work Sundays when production needs require it.
