Customer Experience Job Description
The Customer Experience team member serves as the face of Scape, ensuring every resident, visitor, and stakeholder receives professional, friendly, and responsive service.
Working closely with colleagues across the property, you’ll support front-of-house operations, resident services, community engagement activities, and administrative responsibilities while helping maintain a vibrant student community.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience team member, your responsibilities will include:
Front-of-House Operations
- Welcome residents and visitors professionally.
- Manage resident check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle reception enquiries efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service every day.
Resident Support
- Build positive relationships with residents.
