About the Role
As a Residential Care Assistant, you will provide daily care and practical support to adults with intellectual disabilities while helping implement personalised care plans that promote independence, communication, well-being, and inclusion.
Working closely with management and multidisciplinary teams, you will play an important role in ensuring service users receive safe, respectful, and person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
