Assistant Farm Manager Responsibilities
As an Assistant Farm Manager, you’ll help oversee the daily operation of the salmon farm while supporting the Farm Manager and leading the team when required.
Your duties include:
- Supporting the Farm Manager with daily operations
- Deputising during the Farm Manager’s absence
- Maintaining high fish welfare and husbandry standards
- Supervising feeding, fish monitoring and inspections
