Job Description

The IT Manager will oversee daily IT operations and infrastructure at the resort. The role covers servers, networks, computers, telecommunications, cybersecurity, data protection, hotel systems, and technology equipment.

The successful candidate will also manage IT vendors and projects, support users, monitor technology performance, manage IT expenditure, and provide technology recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the resort’s daily IT operations and infrastructure.
• Maintain servers, networks, computers, printers, telecommunications, and IT equipment.
• Ensure reliable guest Wi-Fi and staff network connectivity.
• Support hotel systems including PMS, POS, accounting systems, and operational applications.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, and IT assets.
• Implement cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery measures.
• Monitor network performance and potential security threats.
• Manage CCTV, access control, telephone/PABX, and related technology systems.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting.
