About the Role
The Customer Support & Success Officer position combines finance, software support, customer education, and consulting into one rewarding career. You’ll work closely with customers to help them maximise the value of Agrimaster by providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, explaining best-practice financial processes, and delivering practical guidance.

Key Responsibilities
