Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Overseeing end-to-end store operations.
- Managing staffing levels and employee scheduling.
- Supervising order processing, picking, packing, and stock replenishment.
- Coordinating inbound receiving and outbound order fulfillment.

- Implementing effective inventory control procedures.
- Ensuring accurate stock receiving in line with company policies and SOPs.
- Supervising store personnel and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Managing operational costs within approved budgets.
- Monitoring store profitability and operational performance.
- Identifying operational issues and recommending improvements.
- Reducing store shrinkage through effective control measures.
- Ensuring equipment and infrastructure are properly maintained.
- Supervising hygiene, sanitation, workplace safety, and security standards.
