Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, in person, and through online platforms.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolving customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Processing customer orders and service requests.
- Calculating charges and processing customer payments.
- Reconciling daily driver tickets and trip reports.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using Energy Force and Connect systems.
- Creating work orders for operations and service technicians.
- Monitoring forecasting and operational reports.
- Preparing bank deposits and reconciling cash receipts.
- Collaborating with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.
- Performing additional administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule
- Part-time position
- 2–3 working days each week
- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary
Estimated annual salary:
