Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, in person, and through online platforms.
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolving customer complaints and service-related issues.
  • Processing customer orders and service requests.
  • Calculating charges and processing customer payments.
  • Reconciling daily driver tickets and trip reports.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using Energy Force and Connect systems.
  • Creating work orders for operations and service technicians.
  • Monitoring forecasting and operational reports.
  • Preparing bank deposits and reconciling cash receipts.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Performing additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer and administrative skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule

  • Part-time position
  • 2–3 working days each week
  • 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary

Estimated annual salary:
