Job Description
The Client Success Trainee will support the day-to-day activities of the Client Success team while developing practical knowledge of client management and digital fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Help identify areas where the client experience can be improved.
- Create and update client success resources such as user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Participate in internal meetings by taking notes and helping prepare agendas.
- Help coordinate follow-up actions and ensure client deliverables are completed on time.
- Develop knowledge of the fundcraft platform and eventually provide basic troubleshooting assistance to clients.
